What is a learning resource?

In myLearning a learning resource is a place holder for learning content.  As a learner, you will see the titles of various learning resources listed on your My Plan page or My History page.

The various types of learning resources in myLearning are as follows:

  • Online courses - self guided eLearning
  • Training bundles - grouped courses under one learning resource title
  • Instructor led training courses - learning delivered in real time by an instructor
  • Attestations - read and sign documents
  • Job aids - instructions on how to do something at work
  • Videos

  Tip

If you are having difficulty finding a learning resource that you are enrolled in, confirm whether or not it is part of a "Training Bundle" on your plan. You can determine if it’s a Training Bundle by locating the tilde or ~ symbol at the end of the bundle’s name. In that instance, click on the main title of the Training Bundle to access the course display page. From there you will see all of the titles listed within the Training Bundle. If you view the learning resources within a Training Bundle from your My History page, be careful to not click on their titles because it may re-enroll you in that course.
