Description |
Manager | The Manager role and security permission is not managed by the Learning Technology and Innovation Team. The Manager role is assigned based on HR employee data imported into myLearning from the HR SAP system. If you should have this role and you were not auto assigned by Human Resources please contact hripc@jhmi.edu. Managers have access to the assign training and reporting function in myLearning for their direct report employees only. |
Report Coordinator | A Report Coordinator can access the reporting functions for both Standard Reports and Reporting 2.0. through the Report Catalog tab on the myLearning launch page. This role and security permission allows access to reporting data for all learners within the system. |
Learning Coordinator | This permission allows end users to assign training to other learners via the course display page of a learning object or The Learning Assignment Tool, review of learner transcripts, and access to the reporting functions in myLearning.
|
Instructor | The Instructor permission allows end users to create events/sessions and roster management for JHHS Content Providers they are associated with. |
Learning Administrator | Learning Administrators are responsible for managing learning content, providing technical troubleshooting, and managing learning assignments for JHHS content providers. There are two support levels for the Learning Administrator role, Johns Hopkins Enterprise and Entity specific. These permissions are reserved for 150 end users maximum within the Johns Hopkins Health System. There is a limit of 2 JH Enterprise Administrators allowed per Johns Hopkins Entity. Once the 150 maximum within JHHS is met, this permission will no longer be available for request. This level of access requires approval from the Learning Technology and Innovation team as well as completion of training. |
