How do I view training plan and history details?

In some cases you may need to investigate how learning was administered to a learner's plan.  To begin the investigation, use the Quick Lookup a Person tool from the Administrator console. This feature can allow you to:

  • View Details - The learner's myLearning profile information.
  • View Training Plan/History - How/why is content is on a learner's history/plan.
  • View Training Plan - What is currently on the learner's plan.
  • View Training History - The list of content the learner has completed.

Steps for Using the Viewing Training Plan/History Button

Step 1

On the Administrator Console screen search for the learner via Quick Lookup feature.

Step 2

Once you find the learner Click “View Training Plan/History” from the quick lookup options.

Step 3

You will see the list of all courses the learner has either completed or is currently on his/her plan. Use the view function to filter the list of courses by plan, history, both or etc.

If learning does not appear to be assigned as required via audience created on the learning resource or via mapping curricula, use the View History button to determine whether or not someone with Enroll Others access added the resource to the learner's plan.

Select and highlight the course title, then click the “View History” button.

From here you can view the learner’s log history for the enrollment. The following example displays the log for an end user with Enroll Others access that enrolled another end user into a learning resource.
