If a learner needs to be excluded from Required Training, a member of the learner's leadership team must complete the Required Training Exemption Form and include the following:
- Justification for exemption
- Approval
NOTE:
- This form must be completed by a member of the leadership team for the employee seeking exemption from required training.
- A form submitted by the employee seeking exemption will not be addressed.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee exemption.
- Exemption requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Learning Technology and Innovation Team will review formal exemption requests supported by an employee's leadership for current required training assignments created by our team. Exemption from required training assigned by teams other than the Learning Technology and Innovation Team that are supported by an employee's leadership will be routed accordingly.
