How Can I Cleanup My System Administrator Plan After Testing?

When testing resources, consider the following processes to avoid adding resources to your plan and to remove resources from your plan.

Select the "Test" button to test the resource and then immediately drop the resource from your plan

Blue Test Button 

Click the blue "Test" button on the on-line tab of the learning resource.


Clicking test will open two browser windows. If the eLearning content was uploaded successfully, one browser window will open the eLearning content and another browser window will open that will allow you to drop the enrollment from the test launch.
 






Red X 

If the resource is in "Not Started" status on the Self-Enrollments tab, remove the enrollment by selecting the red X in the Remove column.




Revoke Enrollment 

Follow the instructions in this Solutions Article to revoke enrollment and remove the test resource from your plan.


Tip

System Administrators should only manage credit or enrollment for resources they own or when conducting tests.
