How can I obtain System Administrator support?


In preparation for the transition to the new LMS in March 2025, System Administrator training is not being offered at this time. As an alternative the Learning Technology and Innovation Team offers the following.

 

  1. System Administrator support to departments that do not have System Administrators. To begin the request and intake process, CLICK HERE to access the Learning & Development Consultation Request Form.

    Or

  2. Those that need to create enrollments, process reports, or grant credit for Instructor Led Training can request Training Coordinator via ticket submission for Roles and Security permission.
