The following table outlines the different responsibilities of a System Administrator and the Learning Technology and Innovation (LTI) Team.

| Manages content and learning resources for respective department | Adds learning resources to the Johns Hopkins Employee catalog or Entity specific catalogs for search availability |
| Provides system support for respective entity/department | Supports System administrators and 38,000 JHHS learners |
| Assignment Responsibilities Creates learning assignments for a particular department, entity or group of learners. Any assignments that impact multiple Johns Hopkins entities must be presented and approved by the New/Revised Learning Committee. | Assignment Responsibilities Along with the New/Revised Learning Committee, the LTI leadership reviews and approves system-wide required learning assignments. If you have training that needs to be assigned to learners across multiple JH Entities, click here to submit your request. |
