Most of the time it’s because a learner has accidentally launched the course from their My History page. Do not click on the title of a learning resource once it’s in your history. If you do, this will create a new enrollment under your self-enrollments tab. If you think you’ve done this by mistake, please submit a ticket by clicking here.
