Why is a course that I just took not showing up in my recent history?

A course that you completed typically doesn’t show up in your history because it’s either a course in bundle or it doesn’t allow for multiple enrollments.


Course in Bundle


Individual titles within a training bundle learning resource will not appear on your My History page. The title for the training bundle will appear on your My History page once all of the individual courses are completed.

Course Doesn’t Allow For Multiple Enrollments


Sometimes a course owner will not want a learner to enroll twice in a learning resource.  In that case, there’s a Review Course button that will allow the learner to go through the content again, but it will not create a new completion date.



Please search the course catalog for a similar course or reach out to the content provider to ask them to allow you to enroll in the course again.  Click here to find the content provider contact list.
