To reschedule or cancel an instructor led training class, a learner may have the option to “Reschedule Me and/or Cancel Enrollment” or may need to contact the provider of the course for assistance.
First, determine whether or not you can reschedule the class:
1. Go to the myLearning home page.
2. Under Quick Links, select My Plan.
3. Choose the title of the course to be rescheduled.
4. Determine if the button below the sessions says Reschedule Me or Print. If the button says Reschedule Me, select Reschedule Me and/or Cancel Enrollment or if the button says Print, select Contact the Provider for Assistance.

Reschedule Me and/or Cancel Enrollment
1. Select a new session by clicking the circle preceding the date.
2. Choose the “Reschedule Me” button or click the arrow and select “Cancel Enrollment.”
Contact the Provider for Assistance
1. If the circles preceding the dates are greyed out and the button says “Print,” you must contact the provider of the course to reschedule or cancel your enrollment.
2. To determine the provider of the course, click on the arrow next to the Print button and then select Back.
3. Find the category called “Provider” and look for the provider of the course.
4. At the top of the screen, go to Help > Course Provider Contacts or select Course Provider Contacts for a direct link.
5. Search for provider from the list. If you cannot find the provider, please open a ticket with the Learning Technology and Innovation team by choosing Submit a Ticket.
