How can I view a Learner's training plan or My History page?

In some cases you may need to see what is on a learner's training plan or My History page.  To begin the investigation, use the Quick Lookup a Person tool from the Administrator console. This feature can allow you to:

• View Details - The learner's myLearning profile information.
• View Training Plan/History - How/why is content is on a learner's history/plan.
• User View of Training Plan - What is currently on the learner's plan.
• User View Training History - The list of content the learner has completed.

Steps for Using the Quick Lookup a Person Tool

Step 1

Access the Admin Tools from the top right side of myLearning homepage.

Step 2

Type the JHED ID of the learner into the Quick Lookup a Person search field. The system will begin to automatically populate a name associated with the JHED ID. Once you find the name, use your mouse to click and select the name to populate the search field. Then click the arrow to search. 

Step 3

Once the learner is found, a Details screen will appear. From here use your mouse to click and select from the quick lookup options. 

• User View of Training Plan - What is currently on the learner's plan.
• User View Training History - The list of content the learner has completed.
